DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

Yes, we offer returns up to 7 days after your purchase date. In order to qualify for a return, you must ensure that the product is unused and in the original packaging.

To ensure that you are eligible for a return, please follow these instructions:

Please plug in and turn on the Roti Maker to ensure that it heats and cools down appropriately and that all functions are working correctly. Any products that have technical malfunctions will be replaced.

Once the handle is fixed, the product is not eligible for return.

Do not use it to cook right away, as this will disqualify it from the return policy. We cannot accept returns for Roti Makers that have been used to prepare food.

You need to send us a photo of the product in its original package condition.

We will then check the item to ensure it is unused and issue you a refund automatically.

If your product is not in return condition, we will not accept the return.

Please note that this process can take about 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind that if a replacement item has been shipped to you by our warehouse team, the order is considered final sale. No returns will be accepted and a refund will not be issued unless the replacement item is defective or damaged.

If the replacement unit arrives damaged, do not use it. Contact us immediately with a photo or short video of the damaged unit. We cannot issue a replacement if the used replacement unit is already damaged.

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return costs will be at your own expense.

What if my product is faulty?

 We’re sorry to hear that you received a faulty product. Not to worry, though! Simply send an email to our customer service team at rotomakindia@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, along with pictures of the faulty item and we’ll get in touch with you to resolve the issue.

Return processing time?

Your return will be processed within 10 days of us receiving your item. If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, email us at rotomakindia@gmail.com with proof of postage from your return carrier receipt and we will help investigate.

How can I track the status of my return?

After our warehouse receives your return, you will be notified by email of its arrival and when your refund is processed. Note that the payment may take 3-5 working days to be visible in your account due to the card issuer.

The only instance in which a return can be initiated on a replacement item is if the item arrives defective or damaged. If the replacement unit arrives damaged, do not use it, contact us right away with a photo or short video of the damaged unit. If the replacement unit is used we cannot issue a replacement.

What if my product is faulty?

We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 30 days of purchase at rotomakindia@gmail.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at rotomakindia@gmail.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.

How can I track the status of my return?

As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer
